    Most assessments on the market today focus on personality traits and the instruments were constructed and validated using methods outdated since 1960. Not us. Our system isn’t old school – it’s next generation. Morgeson et al. (2007), among other researchers, showed that personality tests are generally poor predictors of work performance (see: Personnel Psychology, 60, pp. 683-729). We instead measure skills and professional attitudes, which are the most robust predictors of performance.

These are the same gold standard statistics used in such well-known assessments like the GRE, MCAT and LSAT.
